Your House: Tips on Its History & Care Curious about the age of your house or ways to maintain its style when planning a repair or renovation? Help is just around the corner at the RH Grasmere Local History Center at the Hilton Library, 1688 Springfield Ave., Maplewood. This Saturday January 24, February 21 and March 21 from 1- 3 p.m. residents are encouraged to meet members of the Maplewood Historic Preservation Commission to explore the history and architecture of their houses and to discover information and possibly early photographs. These local experts can also discuss repairs, replacement materials and resources on how to fix your home. This is a free monthly outreach event offered by the Commission.
