  • Established Construction Company located in Belleville, NJ area is looking for part-time administrative assistant for office duties. Responsibilities include: Filing, typing, client management, and client correspondence, answering the phone, and other office administration activities, propaganda for different social media platform. Ideal candidate must have fluent English and computer skills (Microsoft office package, social media, emails). Knowledge of Word and Excel are a must! Must be able to multi-task. Must have valid driver license and background in construction is a plus.
