Occassional wkd evenings help for special needs daughter

Looking for help on weekends and occasionally during the week nights monitoring our 18 year old sweet daughter who has special needs.  She can walk but needs monitoring and assistance with feeding (so she does not over stuff) and toileting (she is time trained and wears underwear).  Her siblings also help care for her but we need more flexibility on evenings. email jc4sale2013@hotmail.com
