FULL TIME HOUSEKEEPER

I am looking for a full time housekeeper/manager- hours can be flexible. Start later in day and Must work until 7 or 8pm Mon-Fri. A plus would be if can do a couple of hours on weekend.

• Garbage and recycling (medium) Mondays (
• Put away groceries/Costco 
• organization 
• Laundry room
• Pantry
• Adult bedroom
• Office
• Storage closets
• Adult laundry and put away 
• Dry cleaning pick up drop off
• Home Maintenance through vendors: 
• Landscape
• Pool
• Plumbing/electrical
• Repairs as needed (contractor)
• Roof
• Mail 
• Pay bills
• Throw out junk
• Notices to Dan and Mila
• Holiday decorations
• Storage organization
• Putting decorations up
• Taking decorations down
• Purchasing decorations as needed
• Seasonal furniture management 
• Household products
• Cleaning agents
• Propane
• Chemicals for pool
• Garbage bags
• Nighttime turndown
• Kitchen around and after dinner
• General tiding up
