Client Services Specialist

Part time position for a small but growing, financial services practice focused on insurance and Medicare planning. Supportive, flexible and team oriented environment with room for growth.

Provide excellent guidance and support to our clients via phone, email and (eventually) face to face meetings. Computer skills and proficiency in Excel is a MUST and experience in Insurance is a big plus. Become an expert in our products and programs and get certifications. Life and health license preferred. Become proficient in our CRM, quoting and overall systems and help in the development of upgrades. Must be organized, have strong communication skills, learn very quickly and have patience.
