On my walk this afernoon, I saw several wreaths lying on the grass strip between the sidewalk and the street. This is clearly the process for some. For official policy, call DPW.
The woodchipper can't handle the wire that supports wreaths or the bows and other doodads that come attached to them.
ok, I just called DPW - they will take the wreaths - just remove any decoration. And they will be doing pickups until the end of the month.

How do you dispose of yours? I did see the DPW truck that was picking up the tree had one hanging off the back, but I don't think they would want to take these. I'm guessing we just trash it - I've done this in the past.
