Who's got the best Challah around here?

Cait and Abby's in S.O. is said to have good ones, also Supreme Bakery in W.O.

Supreme? They're the one on Main St by Northfield right?

They make a mean cheese danish.

That's  enough of an excuse for me to take a ride downtown tomorrow.

How far do you want to go?

I don't mind a Glick's Challah, but you'd have to come to Melbourne or Sydney, Australia, for one of theirs.

Or Qld, even though we have Goldstein's as well... Or mine, for that matter cheese

At this point we just buy Zomicks at ShopRite,,,,not the fans of Cait and Abby's that we used to be

+1

It's also better for French Toast.

Way too sweet. It is like eating cake.

Whose do you like?

The Ritz Dinner in Livingston.

+1 for The Ritz...

-s.

None of the packaged are great. I do like Supreme. I like Zaro's when I go through nyc. Kings SH sells it but it is better bought from one of its locations.

Agree the Ritz has the best one around here.  C and A is better than the packaged ones.

I've received a lot of compliments from mine. cheese

hmm, never considered the Ritz.

I got one from Supreme today (but drat!, they were out of cheese danish) . The taste is good, but the crust is a bit too hard for me, and overall a bit too dry.

Their Almond Joy cookie is a killer though.
