You're probably spending more time looking for them than it takes to cook the dried ones. Rinse them, cover with water about 1 inch above the black eyed peas, and boil gently for 25 minutes.
Shoprite Essex Green definitely has canned ones from Sylvia and dried ones.
Totally easy to let those soak, then cook...
They also have smoked turkey wings and salt pork if you want to go very southern...

Shoprite Essex Green has frozen, saw them today in 2 different parts of frozen section.
Yeah, if you skip the soaking period, you get away with it with black eyed peas. Other kinds of beans must be soaked. Just boil for long enough. You might be able to find dried black eyed peas at Whole Foods.
Thanks everyone. I had never seen canned black-eyed peas so I didn't know to look for them. I found the Goya canned peas at the Shoprite in Springfield. I'm new to the New Year's tradition of collard greens and black-eyed peas. My husband does the cooking, I just follow his directions on what to buy.
The twosome forms essentially a meal if you are OK with some smoked turkey parts or ham hock until tender and they fall of the bone BUT one needs to make some serious cornbread and or spoon bread to complete the triology!
Enjoy!
Happy New Year!

I'm trying to prepare for New Year's and was surprised to find that Stop and Shop did not have frozen black-eyed peas. There were dried peas, but I don't want to do that much prep work.
Any suggestions?
