I used to have definite sinus issues with barometric changes. It would usually start when a snow storm was out in western Ohio....hasn't happened for a while, though. Maybe the sensitivity declines with age? I had about 20 years of sneezing and snuffling before every substantial snowstorm, hurricane, nor'easter....
I know in Eastern Europe, people talked a lot about "pressure" from the weather. It's a respected ailment.
Many migraineurs experience something like, even if they don’t usually think of themselves as ‘people who get migraines’. Check the symptoms on migraine.com

Does anyone experience episodes of vertigo with changes in barometric pressure, like the storm we have coming in? My husband woke up in the middle of the night with it, and I was texting w my sisters and they have also just had a bit of that. Some sites say it can precede the storm by 2-3 days.
