The boys may not have pulled it out, but the CHS girls' Ultimate Frisbee team (Sparkle Motion) won their state finals last weekend! (It was held in Westfield)

Still independent which is why the boys team is fundraising in the hopes of being able to go to the national competition.

I wonder how many people knew that ultimate frisbee is original to Columbia high school. My son played when they used to play in memorial park.
Maplewood has something else to be proud of. If ultimate frisbee ever makes it to the Olympics, let the world know it all began in maplewood nj.
