He LOVES making declarations. That's his specialty. Doesn't require much thinking. Doesn't require any execution. Doesn't require reading. Requires only grand-standing and willingness to get attention.
What I find curious is that Trump makes his announcement, and then "The White House" admits it hurts the peace process.

Not about Israel. He cares that anyone dares to defy him. He thinks himself the greatest, bestest ever. How can anyone in their right mind defy him? He takes it very personal.
