It's actually reached the point where I'm done being amazed and angry and I just want to cry. How could we have gotten to this point.  I thought our absolute low was Bush Jr.  I had no idea.

The Republican Party has no message other than hatred of Hillary Clinton. They are not for anything, just against one person. Who does this appeal to besides those who already hate her?

Every time I hear “lock her up” at the convention, I just cringe.

When I think about Paul Manafort’s effort to help elect the pro-Putin Viktor Yanukovych in 2010, and they yelled “lock her up” in Ukraine, that’s exactly what they did. On trumped up political charges (ironically because she accepted, under duress, an unfair natural gas deal), Yanukovych threw former prime minister and his 2010 opponent, Yulia Tymoshenko, in prison.

Politicians and presidents make serious ethical mistakes. Reagan/Bush 41 on Iran-Contra, Bush 43 on WMD intelligence/torture, Bill Clinton on perjury.

In response to repeated questioning as to Trump's qualifications on " Morning Joe" Christie said the choice is "binary" Trump or Clinton.  I seldom agree with Christie but on this he is right, and his message is valid for those on the Left as well as those on the Right.

The vote is secret but I would not be at all surprised if one or both those guys, in the privacy of the voting booth, vote for Hillary.

We are more or less isolated in a rental in Morgantown WVA.  We have no TV.............a little three battery radio and limited WiFi during the day

I have made it plain my dislike for Hillary..........

But she has worked long and hard for the betterment of the country

She has worked for the finer things in life

I have seen bad before...........I saw George Wallace in person
