That looks deliberate, like someone got mad at you on the road and revenge-parked you in.

It appears to me to be the lot off Baker behind Words, et al. If so, I applaud the avenger’s luck in finding any spot at all, let alone one right next to his or her bete noire.

 It could have been revenge plotted for a long time, patiently waiting for the moment to strike.

Other possibility - someone was loading a kid into a car seat to the left of our errant parker (Errant Parkers is a good band name) and rather than calmly wait until they could pull in safely just jammed their monster truck in as far to the right as they could.
