Took me a bit to catch on with the picture posting/white dot thing - I was trying to post forsythia pictures and didn't notice the dot. But I did have to resize downward a bit to get the picture uploaded and the dot to appear. Once things have settled down, I'm sure jamie will post the guidelines and maximum sizes for pictures. I'm happily surprised that things are working as well as they are this early on! (hope I didn't jinx anything!!!!)

I can't this morning either and I am on my home computer but I was able to on another computer yesterday with same type of browser. 

Editing to say that quote function is weird and everything I'm typing is being made part of flugermonger's quote.

Format is fine on lap top but serious problems with old XP desktop.  Had to go to laptop to load avatar since XP showed no submit button.  Couldn't get all discussions window either.  Guess it is time to upgrade on a more permanent basis.

I am now going to be ramzzoinkus because ram seems like it willl be unrecoverable due to an email issue.  Not a problem. Like fresh starts and it is refreshing to have one be voluntary  

Did I miss the bookmark thread feature, and the formatting that shows which threads I have read?ok, found that one.

Html tags don't all work?  specifically, s for strikethrough?

Quoted parts are cut off on mobile. Example the wolverine thread. The nyt quote is unreadable. Its too far to the right. 

The wolverine post wasn't a text post.  The original HTML from the NYT post was for some reason used instead.

I don't think Ive been updated because there is a thread complaining about Torpey...that cant be new content, is it?

I have to say, Im not loving this layout tho.

[Wait, does tagging people no longer work?]

I keep getting logged out or at least not able to add a comment without x-ing out of chrome completely and then coming back in, signing back in and then maybe the box reopens.   @jamie

when it "signs me out" and I hit the sign in button it takes me to my personal screen as if I am signed in but when I go back to the forums, still no open window to type.   --- is that a message that I post too much? --

does the @ sign work to notify a user anymore?

 I don't think we were ever able to see Categories or Participated Discussions on the mobile version.  I had gotten around the latter by saving a shortcut on the home screen of my phone.

But, so far at least, the Participated Discussions and My Discussions views aren't part of the new board.  I mentioned it to Jamie and he told me how to find them via 'My Account', but it takes several steps.  I hope we get those back at some point.

kmk, I don't think tagging works here yet.  When I upload a picture, it doesn't show in the post. Instead, there's a white dot (or maybe a small square - hard to tell with white on gray). When I then click on the dot/little box in the gray area the picture opens up, and you can then click the "x" on the upper right corner of the picture when you're finished looking at it. At least that's how it looks on my home computer/current browser.  Do you see the pictures in the post without having to do anything special? I'm not sure if it's something normal or something specific to my configuration.

I keep getting logged out, even when I click the "remember me" checkbox. Sometimes hitting "Sign In" brings me back to the account page and sometimes it brings me back to the login page.

Would it be possible to replace the links on the account/communities page with https:// links rather than http:// links?

 I see pictures in posts without having to do anything. What browser and OS are you using?
