Nancy Janow njanow@sopl.org www.sopl.org
The South Orange Public Library is pleased to welcome local author, Elisabeth (Liz) Egan, to discuss her book, ‘A Window Opens’ on Monday, Jan. 11th, 2016, at 7:30 p.m.
If you have ever wondered if others feel your stress of being a wife, mother, daughter, and workaholic, or if you who know someone who is, you should definitely come to this event to share the wit and wisdom of Ms. Egan. The author of this poignant, touching, and true-to-life novel manages to put a smile on your face and let you know you are not alone in this struggle to do everything right and wanting to ‘have it all’.
Liz is currently the books editor for Glamour magazine. Having grown up in South Orange and by her own admission, having spent hundreds of hours in the South Orange Library, she is excited to share with her friends and neighbors her debut novel. It’s always fun to recognize the local places in a book that we all know and are familiar with.
So join Liz, and Nancy Janow, Head of the Book Club at the South Orange Library, for a most delightful and engaging event.
Books will be for sale and refreshments will be served.
