Smokehouse BBQ on Springfield & Boyden

Unsolicited review - just fantastic smoked meats - Texas hill country good.  Brisket is moist, tender and rub is peppery.  Check it out.

The little shack on the triangle that changes hands every year or so?  Or something a bit west of Boyden on Springfield?

I think so, where T-OP Ice Cream and Fried Chicken was.

There's also KB's BBQ Smoke House on Stuyvesant in Irvington near Mplwd border, getting great reviews

Totally agree with OP.  Great BBQ.  Can I ask what time you were there?  Last few times I've been by looking for some brisket, he's been closed.
