siding and roofing recommendations needed

Hi everyone - trying to finish up a renovation / addition gone wrong. We finally got a new contractor that we are happy with so far - but we need to finish many things quickly because of the previous contractor. Long story - so we will move onto my immediate need: vinyl siding (and possibly stucco or brick siding) and roofing (deck too). We need to put siding on our addition and finish up the roof (almost finished). Recommendations appreciated.
