I see this is in Maplewood Specific. Can you please confirm that unlike snow shoveling the students will go into Maplewood as well as South Orange? I would like to publicize this within the Senior community in both towns but want to be sure the information I post is accurate.
This is an excellent way for students to raise money for their cause. Student car washes are great as well. I only wish CHS sport teams, clubs and other local youth organizations would stop begging for funds in our towns and consider service projects to help fund instead.
Sent this information to Cathy Rowe for email blast to our list of Seniors in Maplewood and South Orange. Is there a phone number she can include in a hard copy mailing for those who don't use email? Will copies of the poster be available at libraries and senior center?
