Screen has shrunk to 1/4 size.

I can’t close windows. The three “dots” are missing as are the forward-reverse arrows.

If you right-click anywhere above the tabs, you should see a customize toolbar option that you can use to drag the previous next arrows back into the menu bar.

Not much you can do with it. It's a fixed-width site designed to look like it hasn't been updated since 2005.

No. It's everything on the screen..... all sites, and the toolbar.

Check your settings.
