recommendations for handy "person"/ knowledgable workers

1) I am interested in recommendations for a company which does a double garage door replacement correctly and reasonably. 

2) I also need a reputable "handy person" to scrape and paint water damage on a bathroom ceiling and also some 2' X 4' places interior wall under windows on a porch.

We were not so thrilled with Skillman's job ourselves, but in fairness, we have seen other posts from those who were satisfied.

For your indoor project, reach out to Tomcat on this board -- he is a skilled handy person who has done several jobs for me very reasonably and competently.  (I also recommend his salmon!)
