Realtor who specializes in investment properties

I'm looking for recommendations for a realtor who specializes in investment properties. Looking for a two family property, preferably in maplewood/south orange. Thanks.

I think almost any realtor will handle a two-family.

Thanks LOST. You are correct. They all handle but i'd love some recs for those who are really talented at knowing the ins and outs of RE investment.

@ncervoni, my wife and I are investors here and in Hudson County. My take on realtors here is that most, not all, but most are focused on single family transactions and consider it a volume business with a degree of certainty, thus, less willing to waste time on an investor who may make multiple offers, but close few transactions. And based on our current transaction, the buyers realtor is aweful, just aweful. Good luck in your search.
