Raptor ID please

Any ideas what this one is? About the size of a red tail, no red tail. Kinda like an osprey but not hear water (in inland Maplewood). I'm a bit stumped. thanks in advance!

Pic fix - on desktop - you can mouse over an image and you'll see a rotate icon on the lower right side of the image - a little trickier on mobile. (Anyone with a sideways avatar should be able to rotate that now as well in your profile.)

Looks like a red tailed hawk to me.

That would be my guess.
