Patriots Success without Brady

The Pats are 3-0 without Brady this season. Back in 2008, the Pats went 11-5 with unknown Matt Cassel while Brady was injured. Belichick looks more like a genius with each game and the main reason why the Pats have been a juggernaut for past 15 seasons.

So is Brady the greatest of all-time or one of the most overrated of all-time?

the greatest of all time..

He's a great quarterback. But it is still a team sport and a great quarterback surrounded by a weak team or poorly coached team won't look so great.

They're much better with Brady than without. That said, I think you could put pretty much any great passer into that team and make a Super Bowl run every season. So long as he drank the BB kool aid.

it's easy when you cheat.

The NFL is a lot about System. If you take Steve Young and leave him on the Tampa Bay Bucs his whole career, nobody probably knows who he is today. He gets dealt to the Niners and is a Hall of Famer.

Bill Belicheck may just be the greatest NFL Coach in history btw. I don't think you can have the conversation without his name coming up.

My opinion...Brady is an excellent qb and is also quite over-rated.

I think Brady is the best QB of all time, and I hate him and the Pats. Not overrated at all. With him the Pats have totally dominated the AFC East for fifteen years, made playoffs consistently, and won multiple superbowls. He's been a dominating QB through a constant revolving cast of receivers and other players. He's turned nobodies into stars
