Most of the spots are gone before 8 on a regular day. Your permit permits you to park on the other side of Dunnell near the Middle School and the street that runs perpendicular to that - Maple Avenue. Check the permit map and you'll see your options. As I said if I don't get to station before 7 most times the permit spots right there are already taken and I must park a bit further but still closer than my home.
There are almost always permit spaces available up the hill on Oakview nearer to Prospect. About a 5 to 10 minute walk.

I went to park for the train on Dunnell this morning, but there are orange "no parking by order of police" signs the whole length of the road. They didn't have these up last year after it snowed. I had no idea where to park this morning as all the spots near the station were gone by 8:00am. Does anybody know if this is being enforced or if they were there for the storm and just haven't been collected yet? I'm at a loss of what to do. I can't take the jitney. It's not an option.
