No audio for Planning Board Meeting on FIOS Channel 44 - Hearing on Landmark Proposal for Village Hall

Anybody else having a problem? 

eta - Got it on the live stream.

Never have FIOS  audio from any SO meetings. Have to live stream everything. Can hear meetings from other towns tho on their access stations. Everyone except SO. Very annoying.

This was a problem for the last few TC meetings as well.  I thought the problem had been fixed.  Even with the live stream on You Tube, there have been problems.  There was no camera available on a recent live stream and no sound at the beginning of that meeting.

We are all so spoiled these days.

The lawyer for Wainco Realty, owner of 85 South Orange Ave., is trying to kill the Landmark proposal so that his client can develop his property. The next and hopefully final meeting is July 3. 

If the Landmark proposal is approved by the Planning Board, Wainco will probably appeal the decision. The restaurant planned by Landmark would revitalize that part of the downtown and it's a shame that one property owner might kill the project. 

So, Wainco wants to claim inadequate parking and block this project so that they can propose an extra floor of apartments with NO parking, and rely on the same lot? 

It would be funny if it weren't so awful.  Is this Wainco's way of trying to extort approval for a long-shot plan?
