News in Astronomy: pink moon, and ‘new’ planets

Anyone else seen the pink moon this week?  cheese I have to admit I slept through it, but the swans were quite excited and quite noisy all night…

Meanwhile, astronomers have discovered and named another new planet, which seems a wonderful place to set SF stories. Fancy calling it ‘Mascara’ smile

Still hoping for the discovery of a solid, roughly earth size planet in the "Goldilocks" zone of a star (not that we'll ever get there, sigh)
