(PROBLEM SOLVED) Need Help With Error Message

I was trying to logon to a website that I view every day, and now I get these error messages. Can somebody explain what the heck this means and how I get through it? Many thanks.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.ServiceModel.ActionNotSupportedException: The message with Action 'http://pcm.respironics.com/PatientService/V3/IPatientService/GetAllPatientDevices' cannot be processed at the receiver, due to a ContractFilter mismatch at the EndpointDispatcher. This may be because of either a contract mismatch (mismatched Actions between sender and receiver) or a binding/security mismatch between the sender and the receiver. Check that sender and receiver have the same contract and the same binding (including security requirements, e.g. Message, Transport, None).

Source Error: An unhandled exception was generated during the execution of the current web request. Information regarding the origin and location of the exception can be identified using the exception stack trace below.

What happens when you use the exception stack trace referenced at the end of your post?

It's a problem at their end. Wait a day for them to fix it. If it persists, it could be a problem the site has with interacting with cookies it saved in your browser. Clear the cookies for that site and try again.

Thanks, Tom. After dialing 5 different numbers I finally got someone who was aware of the problem and said they're being flooded with phone calls. He left a message for technical support to call me with an estimate of when it will be fixed. I knew you'd know!

Glad you were able to follow through with the provider. Hope things get back to working soonest,

I never got to speak with anyone (and no one returned my call) but it was up and running later in the afternoon. Thanks again for your help.
