 I don't feel so bad about being stumped. I'm not sure I've ever heard that song before.

Simone knew it - it may have been a hit in Germany.  I saw it in our shared music folder.  It sounded like a familiar song.  It's definitely one that's hard to forget after you hear it.  

And now I just researched it - looks like it went to #2 on the charts in Germany.

 I've been able to identify almost every song I'm familiar with. Except "Ticket to Ride" and "Stairway to Heaven." I think for each of us there may be points in the song where these clips start that just don't make sense to our ears. This one seems to come in at a pretty random spot in the lead guitar section. A few bars later and I think it would have been easier to ID. 

I figured the first few bars would have been way too easy - here's a lightly longer clip which would have been really easy:
