Was the other horrible murder also on Broadview? When the young person had a party?

I believe the 2012 patricide was one street over.

Well that is absolutely horrifying, however, it is better than thinking there was a random home invasion murder.

The 2012 patricide was on Northview Terrace, a couple of streets over. If you do a search, there's a whole thread about it.   It was absolutely awful.

This murder is also terrible and I feel so bad for the surviving family members. While it's unsettling for those of us who live in the neighborhood, It is reassuring that it was not random.
