Maplewoodstock Attendee Survey

In order to get a better sense of the attendees of our annual Maplewoodstock Music and Arts Festival, we’d like to ask you to fill out a short survey.

As you know, this free, two-day festival is organized by a nine member volunteer group funded by the money we raise every year from our sponsors and vendors. We aim to continue to offer the best free two days of music of and for the community, and we’d like your input.

You can take this survey anonymously, but if you’d like to leave your contact information, we will randomly draw one submission to win a Maplewoodstock Merch Package: a water bottle, a mask, a t-shirt (subject to size availability), and a tote bag.
