Making Village sidewalks safer

I don't know if this is an issue along Springfield as well but with outdoor dining the sidewalks in the Village  have become crowded.

Now that the Governor has updated the mask policy, can we have signs asking people to wear masks while walking through the Village?

Also, how do we get people to stop riding their bikes on the sidewalk?  It is a real safety hazard.  Most of the riders are teens who are old enough to ride in the street.
