Lost german shepard mix male s

I just spotted a German Shepherd mix male wandering on Valley near Rynda. Was able to get close to him his name is Clyde but his license had no phone number or address of an owner. Dr. Stack is his vet. He is an old fella good-sized seemingly gentle but a bit confused . When I left him a young lady was trying to Corral him . He is moving very slowly so I would think he would not go far . I think the young lady was reaching out to the Maplewood PD for assistance so they might be worth contacting if you know whose dog this is. Thanks
