Last ditch effort to find daughter's leather jacket lost yesterday at SOPAC

Hi.  As you may know, my daughter is raising a Seeing Eye Puppy.  As part of the socialization process, the puppy club she belongs to often goes on public outings as a group with their puppies.  Yesterday we all attended Seton Hall's matinee performance of "Little Women" (which was really very good, by the way!)  The entire group all sat in the rear row of the center section, and we were on the left side as you face the stage.

Anyway, apparently she got hot and removed her black, peplum style, light-weight leather jacket and left it on her chair and in the confusion of leaving and all the attention from other audience members for the puppies etc., the jacket was completely forgotten and left behind.  (It would be XS or S, but is very fitted and wouldn't fit anyone larger than a slender size 2.)

It was not found and given to Lost & Found and the very nice and helpful woman at SOPAC today personally checked the exact seat location, and did not find it.

I'm hoping that perhaps someone out there may have an idea, or may have found it and would want to get it back to the 15 year old who is terribly upset by losing it.

If so, kindly contact me by PM.  I am happy to discuss a no-questions-asked generous reward for it's return.

(fingers crossed!)

I would check the lost and found at Seton Hall.  A student may have thought it belonged to a friend and brought it back to campus before realizing and then turned it over to Public Safety & Security.  Probably a long shot but might be worth a try.  You can reach them at 973-761-9300.

Thank you for the suggestion!  I just called and sadly it was not in their lost and found.  I did leave a message for the theater department in case Pirate 8613's suggested possible scenario is true.

Also, although I'm still very happy to reward anyone who found this jacket for its return, SOPAC has agreed to call me if it does end up back at their Lost & Found.

Fingers still crossed!

@Jamie - I tried to edit my original post so the thread title would now read "Sun. 4/26" instead of "yesterday" but I don't think editing of thread titles is currently possible.

I'm pretty sure this is a picture of the jacket she lost - not 100% because I think it had another peplum ruffle right above the bottom one.

(she said that's not quite it. No collar and there were two pockets with horizontal zips. Can't find a picture of it.)
