I use the iOS mail app on both my iPhone and iPad. I'm a fairly new iPad user but have had iPhones for years. I've often noticed a slight delay in the iPhone sync time to gmail or Yahoo, but it seems like the iPad takes forever to sync up and it only happens if I "drag" on the touchscreen and then wait a number of minutes (5-10). When I simply open up the mail app, it is usually several days behind. Any idea why? Is there a setting somewhere that I've missed?
