I have seen these companies around town and mentioned here on MOL:
Rutgers Painting (https://www.rutgerspermanentpainting.com/)
Wilbers Painting (http://wilberspainting.com/)
Olger Fallas (http://www.olgerfallaspainting.com/)
Mario's Painting (https://mariospainting.wordpress.com/)
Depending on sanding, wood replacement, and size of house, I would expect to pay between 6k to 10K.
Regards,
RCH
I can't speak for interior, but we used Mark Tirondola and were very pleased. We chose his company because we have a stucco exterior and they are particularly good for that. But I would check them out for wood sided homes also. (They did a nice job on our wood trim.) Our paint job was done in 2011 and still looks excellent on the stucco and pretty good on the wood. (Paint generally holds up longer on masonry.) We will use them again.
from Bob Roe: Sorry to get serious about this: Make sure painters have EPA Lead Safe work certificate and that they use lead safe work procedures. By doing this, Maplewood residents and contractors have greatly reduced the numbers of children with elevated blood lead lead levels. It is a public health success story.

Hi,
We are looking for someone to paint our home exterior (small house) and possibly interior. Really looking for a reasonable priced painter. -New at this...is that even a possibility? Thanks
