Goodbye from jonesey, the jonesey family, and Deadgood Events

We're off to California very soon. Panto fans need not panic, it's already become a tradition so strong that our fellow-panto'ers are on the case for a brand new one in January.
Meanwhile anyone who wants to wave goodbye to me, come to Highland Place on the 12th for a beer.
If anyone knows anybody in the Almeda County area who might want to book a comic or a writer, run a panto, host a murder evening, needs an actor, wants a business coach, their business strategically reorganized, needs a lifeguard or a young soprano singer or would like their shoes shined, dogs walked, speeches written, spirits uplifted generally or will just pay me to be a curly-haired strange cool awesome dude, please tell.

Oh yes, and would anyone like to rent a nice big Maplewood house?

I hear there's a good buck in that racket. Best of luck!

You're going to fly back for board game nights right? oh oh

I wish you the best of luck. Take Care.

I hardly knew ye! Fair travels. Please come back soon.

Bon Voyage. Travel safely. Keep us posted from time to time.

Our loss is California's gain. Best of everything to you and your family!

Good luck! Hope you find panto friends there soon.

Thanks for the sharing of salsa at the garden!
Best of luck to everyone!

What sort of time were you thinking on the 12th?

Highland Place has been closed since the 1st. Said they were on vacation till the 4th, but still not open. Anyone know what's going on?

It appears they are closed closed. LOL

I guess it was just a matter of time. Anyone surprised? This needs its own thread, eh?

No, we had a problem ... And uh, we tried to do everything we could. That's it ... And we couldn't do nothing about it.

Wait, not to distract from the heart-wrenching knowledge that the joneseys are leaving, but what's this about Highland Place?

Yes, but not for good, though. I mean Glenn Franke Band will still be there on the 11th, right?

Is that why jonesey is leaving or vice-versa?

Rumors that the expected decreased sale of Angry Orchard has driven HP to despair are exaggerated.

A phone call to the restaurant yields no ringing phone or recording.

It looks bad for the home team.

Looks like we'll need a new venue for your last night drinks, jonesey.

Parking lot of The Woodland I'll bring a PBR 30 pack.

Good luck on the move, hope everything works out great. Im in on the PBR!

I thought I heard something about the panto, but maybe it was just a Suburban Legend?

As I said elsewhere, if this is true, it's too bad. A lot of hard working folks there and it was a good spot to hear some live music ...

This was always a lot of fun ... If HP is closed, I hope that the Glenn Franke Band finds a new home.

Official announcement on THAT once the paperwork's all filled out. ;-)

So it's still a suburban rumor...

Anyhow, with the latest info it looks like HP should be good. If not, I'll be at the Gate.
By the way, anybody want to buy a Honda? and rent a house?
