The box I bought this year is supersoft and all shattered (not baked in Australia), I’m not sure if it really is worthwhile bothering. Years ago a rabbi told me to stick with rice cakes since I usually can’t tolerate the GF matzah. Since the rules are are relaxed this year, perhaps you can use what’s on hand?
Hope your Pesach is happy and all are safe and well.
To Joanne's point, at our synagogue led zoom Seder last night, the Rabbi told those of us who were unable to get matzoh to substitute an English muffin or a bagel. Health first. If you can't find any GF matzoh, an GF bread will do.
I was hoping to make some GF crack for my daughter - so broken pieces are not a problem.
If you're willing to go to Millburn Shoprite, they might have some. You could call 973-467-5436 (or the West Orange Shoprite.) I've gotten some from then in previous years. Didn't try this year.
