Love the butterfly and didn't spy a single rat! That said, perhaps the towns that do not allow Trap Neuter Return will let us move some of the cats to Central Park, spayed/neutered and vaccinated of course.

Central Park was beautiful today..... except it was heavily populated with rats. I saw a total of 18 in different parts of the park. My friends say it has been going on all summer.
