FIOS issues/outage?

Is anyone else having outage issues with FIOS? Late Sunday night our FIOS went out - no phone or internet and intermittent TV. Filed a repair ticket yesterday morning and checked in later in the day and the recording first said everything would be back by 7:30, then 11:30pm. Still no service this morning. Supposedly a "power failure" somewhere in Maplewood (strange since we did not lose power). Anyone else?

Seems fine here.  What part of town are you in?

1st thing to try..unplug every thing from the wall/battery.  leave it off for about 5 minutes and plug everything back in.  this does a 'soft reset' and might kick it back in...has worked for me numerous times.  last night I knocked a wire out..would not work when I plugged it back it...had to disconnect all power sources
