Driving into NYC tomorrow

Light traffic because of holiday or problems due to processions or other holiday activities in NY?  I'm thinking of going in around 10 a.m.

processions? I'd imagine it'll be a very light traffic day. Most schools are closed as are many offices. Not the type of holiday for much driving to visit family either.

Return trip might get dicey depending on what ... it's the first night of Passover so many observant Jews will be trying to get out of town a little earlier. This can snarl up the bridge and tunnel earlier than usual.

Thanks.  I read that there were Good Friday processions that tie up some of the streets, that's why I asked.

I believe any such processions would be in the afternoon.

Morning commute should be fine. But mrincredible is correct: first Passover seder will cause an earlier PM commute along with the typical extended Friday evening madness and folks move in and out of the city as the weekend begins.

FYI, there is a procession that goes from downtown Brooklyn to St. Peters Church in downtown Manhattan, starting at 10:00 a.m.  If anything, that's what might cause some downtown traffic trouble but perhaps not inbound tunnel traffic.

They typically walk across the Brooklyn Bridge, so there should be minimum disruption to local traffic.

No problems.  Even found a free parking spot on lovely Bank Street in the West Village.
