Download photos

I use both a camera (I place memory card in a reader, and copy photos across before deleting from memory card), and occasionally the camera in my Android phone, which syncs with Google.  Those photos I then download to my hard drive, and place files where I want them in an extensive directory.  A bit cumbersome, but no problems.

Tabby has an I phone.  When I try to download her photos from Google, I am being blocked by a virus scan (not McAfee, I deactivated that).

Any ideas as to what the problem is, and how to resolve?
