I need to connect my wireless printer to my lap top..hours in I admit defeat.  Does anyone have recommendations for in home tech assistance (Not Geek Squad).  Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

If it's a new printer this should be straightforward.

What is the make and model of the printer? Windows or Mac?
