Can't log on after company upgraded its website

American Express has a product called Serve, which I have been using for 3 or 4 years.  About 3 months ago they changed their product website and now I can't log on on my computer.  I can log on using my phone, and it turns out, another computer.  Apparently it's my computer.  Cookies and cache were cleared.  Doesn't work on 4 different browsers, and my Tech Support hasn't found a reason (so far; I'm calling them again tomorrow).  Wondering if anyone might have a clue or direction I could go.  


Have you cleared cache/cookies for all 4 browsers?

You might try starting Windows in Safe mode with network support.
