Can I look up when a person sold stock and for how much?

I'm sitting at home with time on my hands, wondering who benefited from my employer's 2018 stock buyback. Regrettably, market conditions prevented them from giving raises to employees that year (lol). I'm guessing the main beneficiary was the long-time CEO, who retired later that year. Is there any way for me to look up stock transactions for a person or a company?

Why am I not surprised? If he'd waited a month, he would have gotten even more.

This guy was VP at the time. He took over as CEO about nine months later when the long-time CEO retired. I guess this is business as usual?
