Attic Fan Repair

Our house came with this huge attic fan. It works but it looks like it needs some maintenance.
Any recommendations? TIA

It probably has a small "lid" where oil goes in. The oil dries out so needs to be replaced. "3-in1" should work.

What symptoms is it showing?

Our electrician, Bryan Stromko, installed ours.  So if we ever have problems, he is the person I would call first.  But ... maintenance?  I don't think we've ever done anything to ours.

what needs maintenance, motor, drive belt or ?

Our motor died recently after decades of use. I was referred to Greg at Selective Electrical Contracting LLC. Was quickly available, replaced motor, fan purring like a kitten now.
