Anyplace to donate takeout packs of syrup, catsup, etc?

We joked that one relatively new co-worker was the king of takeout and when he left for another job he also left a lot of evidence.  In his desk were over 20 little containers of maple syrup, dozens of catsup packs, as well as lots of salt & pepper packets.

We actually called his favorite diner to see if they wanted them back, but food safety rules make that impossible (even though all are sealed and no more than a year old).

I hate to throw out food (even condiments) - any suggestions on organizations that might be able to use these?  Our staff kitchen is fully stocked so we don't need them at work.
