AGM is above ground marker I think. Gas line 6’ east, water line 9’ west, that sort of thing.
Yes, a survey marker. Our future next-door neighbors just had the house surveyed while I was out planting my Maplewood Garden Club finds in our front garden last week. The crew were able to cut the sod and find the buried iron marker in the opposite side of our yard, but placed one of those in the street on the neighbor's side, to mark the boundary point.
