Anyone been to Edmonton?

My wife has a business trip up there this summer which we are planning to use as the jumping off point for a trip to Jasper and Banff.  Beforehand, however, we will be spending a week in Edmonton and I am wondering what people would suggest we see or do.

Any suggestions?

5 days actually.

The internet tubes say that its either hockey or the winery tour. Hockey will be over by the time you get there. By the third day, you may need the wine country tour.
