Al Jarreau Passes Away

One of my favorite songs was Jarreau's 1983 "Not Like This" written by Jeremy Lubbock.

"Burst in with The Dawn" was my sign off music for my overnight radio shift in college. Al had a beautiful voice and a beautiful soul. Sad to hear he's gone from this place but he left us with some gems.

My very first pop concert -- Al Jarreau and Melba Moore at Symphony Hall in Boston, late 70's. Sad. RIP.
