After School French Program?

Can anyone recommend an after school French program that would be good for a 7 year old and/or an 11 year old?

Are they beginners or do you speak some French at home? If the former, I wonder if you could find someone locally to come to your house. I have met many Haitian and African immigrants who speak excellent French. 

Beginners but I think we were looking for something more structured.

FIAF is very structured. I don't think there is any similar option that is closer than Montclair.

I believe there is also a local program offered via schools or adult school, but have never tried it as it is only offered on Wednesday, which is our Hebrew School day.
